Bath and Bodyworks has the most amazing creams body washes everything and lotions. They moisturize very well and they smell super good. Would definitely recommend!

I was recently charged for shipping when I should have gotten free shipping since I spent over $50 on my purchase. When I noticed the error I immediately jumped on the chat and the representative was super helpful. I forget her name, but you could tell she was a real person behind the screen by her interactions. I definitely felt like my concerns were important and promptly taken care of.

EXCELLENT customer service from Kayla AND Amanda today 11/18/20 at the store in Chicago Riverpoint Center on Fullerton 60614 They graciously helped me with a return/exchange. I absolutely love bath and body works. The minute you walk into the store the associates are asking you if you need a bag and are you looking for something? The store always smells great. It a great friendly feeling that you just want to shop. My review is for the aromatherapy I just got a couple of the eucalyptus and spearmint and creams. Its the best. When you apply it your skin is soft and soothing the fragrance is a fresh scent very aromatic. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this product. Overall great experience.!!

Okay, I never had any strong opinions about B&BW until today. I had a package stolen off my doorstep and contacted them to see what they suggested doing next. They offered to replace my package for free. The BEST customer service ever, seriously. I had a similar issue with Urban Outfitters once and they refused to help me and even blacklisted me from shopping online after arguing with them (the shipper stole that package, I had footage. And I live in Brooklyn so this is a common issue). So long story short, I will be buying from Bath & Body works for life.

I purchased the pupkin chai lattebody sprayonline. It came in at the time they said it would. It smells amazing. Everytime i put it on alot of people ask about the spray. Love it puts a smile on my face and feel like the holidays are here.

Excellent customer service. I ordered 9 hand sanitizers for friends due to this coronavirus situation and only one was damaged. I had to return the damaged one and the staff was happy to process a refund for me. I would definitely buy again. Love the smell for all their soaps!.

I always go to bath and body works while I am in my local mall. I usually shop the once a year clearance sale and stock up then. I do wish they would not discontinue certain scents. I don't shop on-line. I do quite well at my mall and have lots of body lotions, sprays and handcreams. I also love their lip glosses! I give them away as gifts too!

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works, I think their prices may be a little high but I have always gotten my order right on time and its always been packed nice! Thank you Bath and Body Works for such a wonderful shopping experience!
